Celebrating the Graduation of Ra’ed Project Participants

Ra’ed is a dynamic and innovative 21st century based educational community development program which provides opportunities for underprivileged female students to merge into the world of STEM.
Coming from the belief that women and girls have an important part in building communities and great nations, Raed Project has graduated a 108 female participants, who participated in the Raed project which aims to build and program fully-functional Arduino UNO micro-robots, on the 18th of May at Yarmouk University.
The participants have showcased their graduation projects, in which they have invested 48 training hours in. In addition, they have shared their experience and their journey in the project with an audience of 216 guests, which included their families, The Director of Education, Queen Rania Al Abdullah Center for Educational and Informational Technology representatives and the family of World Associates.
Their success and progress does not end here, they are ambitious, confident, resilient and determined leaders who aim to use the knowledge which they have learnt towards transforming the future of STEM/ICT in Jordan and across the globe.
